I went inside to prepay for gas since I had a giftcard. The young girl at the front didn’t even acknowledge me. She had her back turned to me and was on her cellphone for about a minute until she decided she had time for me. She looked at me and said nothing. I asked if I could prepay with my giftcard she gave me a rude glare and told me i couldn’t do that. The customer service is terrible now and I couldn’t believe how rude she was to me

Nice Shell gas station it’s our first stop when arrive in Victoria to buy some water and snacks. Store inside is very organized and clean very pleased to visit. Staff is friendly and love to help with any needs. catch vintage car parking here too maybe from residents near here. Very calm and harmony community. Not busy too so can always get your gas fast no wait time whatsoever.

Our friend got hired there. He was expected to work 9 hours but only get paid for 8 at minimum wage. Never going there again!

Walked in after they were already on Break for well over 20 mins and told us to make it Quick because we were taking to long and they want to go back on break and are So rude I go there every night and they go on break from 8 to 910 pm they also would not take change for a slurpie. Never going there again Iam just going to the on on mt newton they could teach you a tip or two.

This place doesn't deserve anyone's business. I'll stick to shell on Mt Newton, their staff is the best. You could learn a bit from them.

The previous owners (Spelts) were awesome; the new ones, not so much. They recently refused to accept my legitimate $100.00 bill for gas, so I went down the road to the Shell on Mt. Newton & highway without any issue. I will no longer be going to this outlet on East Saanich Rd for anything.
