Sidekicks Martial Arts

Great place to train! Chris is highly skilled in numerous MA forms and teaches a well integrated style of Mixed Martial Arts. He is amazing with kids my son started training with him at 3 and is now 5 yrs old) and great with adults as well! Can't recommend him highly enough! :-)

We have taken our daughter to this gym for years. Master Chris Reyna is the best around. He is caring, thoughtful, and respectful. I would highly recommend Sidekicks to anyone, whether you are a beginner or experienced and want to sharpen your skills.

I started my son with Master Chris almost 9 years ago. If it wasn't for Master Chris and the gym there's no saying where my son would be now. Sidekicks is very professional, takes time to teach the students, and at times takes his personal time to be a mentor as well. I would and have recommended this gym to others.

Coach Chris Reyna and his team are beyond top notch. The gentleman himself is extremely an dedicated and diversely talented Martial Artist. But as a teacher and mentor he goes several steps beyond and really gives the students the best of himself so that they can reach excellence in their Martial Arts journey. Coach Chris is someone you can trust and rely on to push you to your best ability and help you find yourself in your training. I can’t possibly recommend his academy enough. If you are local to it, or even within an hour drive, or even just passing through and want a wonderful place to visit and train at, you would do very well to come here. It is worth the trip.

Grew up in the Canyon County area. Was always a dream of mine to train at Side Kicks Martial Arts growing up. Anyone that knows the who is who in this area as far as martial arts goes. Knows, Master Chris is 2nd to none. My son has trained here for almost 2 years now, and is the most confident 7 year old kid walking into any room because of his training. Master Chris is The Best and I wouldn't take him any where else.

I haven't been here yet, but after reading their two only low-star reviews (which I'm sure is actually self review of the one writer who did them both) i'm going to check this place out right after work today.I haven't even read the high-star reviews yet, but I'm sure this place is gonna be awesome.I'll update this review afterward.

I think Jeanette Kelly's review is talking about some other place! I took my 3 1/2 year old son to Sidekicks for the first time tonight and I was EXTREMELY impressed! Chris was very friendly and welcoming to both me and my son. You can tell he really loves working with these kids. Chris has a real talent for keeping the kids engaged the whole time AND teaching them martial arts skills simultaneously. He was very patient with these kids and I will definitely be bringing my son back to Sidekicks!Also while I was there tonight, I sat next to a man whose son was taught by Chris for years and years and now the grandson is being taught by Chris! He told me he is ALWAYS impressed with Chris and his partners, and his family would never go anywhere else!

I don't actually come here for the Martial arts. However, if this was my thing, I'd totally come here to learn. The master here was trained by my buddy's uncle. This dude is a genuine badass!

This martial artist gym is THE BEST! The owner Chris Reyna is a GREAT COACH! My family has come here for years! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gym for everybody who is interested in Martial Arts!

I was attacked and permanently disfigured here and the student responsible was allowed to continue training while I was unable to do so because of my facial injuries. Denying these facts (as demonstrated in the response below) won't fix my face or my life.
