Jessica Sehn is a lifesaver!! She sure knows how to make you feel comfortable while helping you feel better. She not only provided me with Physio. But also with exercises to do at home to help well after I was done Physio treatment. I highly recommend her!

Jessica Sehn has helped me with a few things! She has helped me with back pain, positional vertigo, and has given me advice on overall posture and mobility. She has great in-depth knowledge in this field and is very easy going/personable, too. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a physiotherapist!

I was able to work with Jess in Medicine Hat and admire her style and approach to hearing what my problem areas were. She created a totally doable and adaptable treatment plan based on my lifestyle for my goals. We monitored progress and I really felt like she was on my team! I love that she gave me an explanation of how certain body parts truly function and how 'x' can impact 'z'. Jess is such a very talented, kind, genuine soul and a pleasure to work with.
