I purchased a mattress on the April 4th 2023 from sleep country. Even after complaining within a week they did not take any step as there was no visible damage. There could be a manufacturing default which they don’t consider. They believe in selling garbage to the customer and when there is a complaint they don’t bother about that. Before writing this review I tried to connect with their customer service once again and she hung up on me. Really disappointing from a brand like this. I am student and spending $980 from my pocket is really a big deal, my bad I trusted the company. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them. Once their item is sold they don’t care.

Amazing customer service!! Fantastic to deal with a professional, knowledgeable in-store representative. Gavin took the time to answer all our questions regarding types of mattresses and demonstrated sincere interest in ensuring we made the correct decision. Would highly recommend this location.

We had a great experience shopping at Sleep Country on Bloor West -Toronto. Gavin was the sales associate and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did we end up with a great mattress but he was helpful in suggesting new pillows as well. Our daughter is due for a new mattress we know where to go for her mattress.

Overall - great experience. We didn't feel rushed or pushed while choosing our mattress. The sales guy gave us a deal we thought was fair. The only issue was that they delivered the wrong one. We didn't realize until after a few nights of no sleep so when we checked it again we realized they had delivered firm instead of medium (Sealy memory foam). The store was excellent though - these sorts of things are always stressful, you never know how they will react. Right away they acknowledged the mistake was theirs and arranged the new delivery a few days later with no issues of trying to make us pay or sneaky fees or something. We are VERY happy with our new mattress.

My 87 year old mother needed a new bed and was interested in an adjustable one. Our sales man was very helpful and showed us his best choice. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mom said to expensive so he showed us a less expensive solution. Mom loved it and is so happy with her purchase. The delivery men were kind and considerate.All in all 5/5 stars from usThank you.

Went in to sleep country with the intention of purchasing a casper mattress. Was met by a very knowledgeable salesman by the name of Gavin who asked many questions about my reasons for wanting to purchase such a mattress. After explaining all my ailments and sleeping patterns he veered me towards a Kingsdown mattress. Best decision I made. I've been sleeping pain-free and like a baby ever since. My wife and I had an exceptional experience with a salesman Mike recently when purchasing a new mattress. We were impressed with his knowledge, patience and genuineness. We have visited other stores and companies and have not experienced the level of customer service that Mike provided to us. Mike was attentive to my wife’s medical exceptionalities and directed us to a mattress set that made her very comfortable. In short we felt that Mike heard and met our needs. I highly recommend Mike at this store and we will continue to purchase from him for years to come.
