Venus Nails & Spa Whitby

3 days and the gel is already coming off my nails. They rushed the whole appointment. They are more concerned with just accepting everyone that comes through the door and not actually taking their time to make sure they did a good job. Seems like it’s all about serving the most customers rather than providing excellent service. Disappointed as I really thought this place would be good.

I'm very disappointed. Went here with my daughter for a girls' day. My daughter was looking forward to having a girls' day and the second we got there I asked if we could stay together. Meaning she sit with me at the bigger seats. (This has never been a problem anywhere else) They made a big deal out of it and said that couldn't happen. I told them that I wanted her to sit with me after some back and forth they let her sit with me. You could tell that they were rushing and did NOT take their time. When they were finished, they said they would be back to check them. we sat there for 30 minutes, and then they said we could go. Didn't even check to see if they were alright. When we got home, my daughters nails were already coming off. It was very disappointing to say mine came off within the same day. I highly recommend not to come here. Overall, I had a really horrible experience, and the way they treated us left my daughter in tears when we left. I'm not one to leave a review, but when we got treated like this, I had to leave one to make sure people knew what kind of place they were going to.

Love this salon. Heidi does my nails and I’m happy with them. I get solar nails done and find they stay intact until my next fill.

I consistently have an excellent experience at this salon. All staff working here are friendly, the place is very clean and they do a good job. Today, I came in for a touch-up due to my own mistake, and the owner was so helpful. Thank you!

This was my second time going to this salon and I’m pleased to say I was once again very happy with the service I was given. Mia (mail technician) was recommend to me by a friend. She is very detail oriented and made sure to triple check that my nails were being done well. She even suggested more affordable options that still met my creative wishes. Highly recommend Venus Nails!

I’ve been here twice and both times the service has been amazing. Mia is my go-to girl now! She’s really good (and trust me.. I’m very picky), fast and she listens to what you want. She’s great!

Jena is an incredible artist, she did such a good job on these on HER FIRST TIME doing this design. They always check in make sure they are doing what you like.

I don’t know who did my nails but she was extremely efficient and sweet. Went for a pedicure with my hub on Fathers day. He had this spa treatment as a treat for his day. The tech went to get a box with all these packets inside that were used at different parts of the service. The product was called Collagen Spa. There was a packet for scenting the water, a serum package, a lotion package and there was one to take home as gift.I’ve never seen this before. Its very gimmicky, but it does feel like a treatment. I am giving 4 stars because they dont let you soak your feet for long at first. I am used to getting feet in right away even while waiting for my service to start. Waits until starting the treatment to soak feed. All in all, I will likely be back.

I had a spa pedicure and shellac manicure done by Leo. He was so gentle, relaxing and he did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend coming to see him !
