We saw on Facebook in a community group that there was a cat stuck high up in a tree in Hoffman Park as animal lovers and frequent rescuers of animals stuck in bad situations my mom and I headed out to see if we could help. Unfortunately he was too far up to do much. We spent all day trying to find someone to help us to no luck. Finally we called Jeremy and he met us within thirty minutes. He was quick to set up, get up the tree, and the cat into a bag and down to us. Jeremy was amazing, kind, and was great at explaining things based on his experience for what would work and what to expect and we can’t recommend him enough!

Jeremy at YNA is honest , reliable, affordable and easy to work with. He quoted fairly and did a great job with our trees that needed trimming and cleaned up well too. Would highly recommend him and use him again!

Truly professional work on a difficult job situation for removal of 100ft Cottonwood Tree, which was close to structures. Very impressed with the care and safety taken to get this job done. Jeremy and his assistant Jonathan, did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend ynarborist for your tough tree, or any tree removal job.

Jeremy is a knowledgeable, skilled, professional, friendly, honest and hard-working arborist. He did a fantastic job pruning some large, unruly shrubs and a nearby tree. He took his time to prune thoughtfully, always considering our wishes, and he left our yard spotlessly clean. Jeremy has a genuine love of trees, and he is passionate about his work. Your Neighbourhood Arborist (Jeremy) is a great person to deal with; Friendly and professional. He provided tree trimming services as quoted, on time and as agreed. He went above and beyond with some extra requests we had. Overall a very positive experience, we will plan to have him back in a couple years to trim more of our trees.

I cannot say enough good things about Your Neighborhood Arborist. Their communication was fantastic and they showed up on time. The quality of work was unbeatable! We had both large and difficult trees to be removed and they were dropped exactly where there were supposed to. Top knotch skills and workmanship. Extremely happy with all of the work done!
