Réparation Fondation Gatineau - Les Installations Daniel Gagné

Terrible expérience avec cette compagnie. Délais, perte de mon dossier, manque de suivi, manque de rapports précis, manque de communication entre les équipes et un mauvais diagnostique. En bout de ligne on m'a dit que je devais remplacer au complet les drains français (30000$). Heureusement que mon assurance m'a recommandé Plomberie Lalonde. Suite à une inspection, l'installation de cheminées et un nettoyage des drains, je n'ai pas à remplacer les drains de ma maison qui date de 2005 seulement. Méfiez-vous.

Pas de service, le gars avec qui j'ai parler était pas coopératif, veux pas aider au téléphone, y veux juste votre cash! j'ai contacter une autre compagnie qui on été capable de m'aider a distance et régler mon problème, le gars au téléphone a été baveux même je dirait manque de professionnalisme, pas patient et me parlais comme si je connaissais rien... Perdez pas votre temps appeler ailleurs!

Very unprofessional!

Called this guys to fix a small crack and after 10 days of waiting, Marc came to give a qoute. He said he is going to email the quote in 24-48 hrs and after 5 days of waiting , no qoute and no answer. I send him multiple texts to follow up but no response for the first 3 days and then he asked my email. On the 5th day I called him again and followed up and asked him “Will you be able to complete the work as promised “? Marc was frustrated with my question and said “Sir, we are not doing your work. Have a good day”.Lol.. seriously?? Aftr waiting 15 days and waiting for these guys, Finally he refused to do the work because he was not in a GOOD MOOD. This company has no ethics and no reputation. He said he is 30 yrs in business. It turns out Marc is one of the company owners.In your reply you mentioned “arrogance”. You should provide the Script of the conversation.I also encourage you to apply for accreditation if you think your company is an industry leader. Thank you.

Impeccable work, excellent service, owner is readily available to awnser questions and discuss issues and his staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I hired Les Installations Daniel Gagne, because of the transperency. Daniel came, saw and told it's gonna cost that much, the final invoice was about 1k more due to some additional work, but that was priced in my calculations as I know construction is not exact science.I waited 1 year to write the review as I wanted to make sure that there are no leaking anymore.I am happy. The owner is a man of his word and professional. Hardworking crew as well.Thank you Daniel and your team.

Months of trying to get an answer on a crack after work was completed. Still waiting after multiple emails, texts, calls.
