Fast service, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and gave great advice when I was looking for a new phone and plan. It was a little more out of the way for me to get to but I don’t care, I’ll be coming here again because it’s better service than other stores.

The old owner was terrific. They are now under Ralcomm. I called last week, gave all my account details to the manager, set up an appointment today with the manager to get a new phone. I went today and he said I do not recall that conversation." I spent 15 minutes with him on the phone

I went here when the phone I'd had for six years died on me. The staff were very helpful in diagnosing the problem, and also very helpful in helping me pick out a replacement when it became clear that the old phone was well and truly dead. I was very pleased that I didn't lose any of the photos that I had stored on the old phone. Ten out of ten for these guys - I hope I never have to deal with a broken phone again, but if I ever do, I'm definitely coming back here.

I had an issue with my phone. Called ahead to inquire if they could fix this. They were polite and helpful on the phone. When I got to the location, everyone I encountered was more than accommodating. Nothing better than coming across with a polite and respectful team. Will easily come here for all my phone needs. Phone fixed and I’m one happy customer!
