Not sure what’s up with the other review but Innes Kitchen and Reno have done 3 remodelling jobs for us since 2012 beginning with a fairly large scale kitchen reno, followed by a smallish powder room make-over in 2014. More recently in 2017 we engaged Innes Kitchen to do a mid-range spruce up of our master bathroom. We keep coming back to them because of the quality of their work and their competitive pricing. Dan and Elizabeth are great to deal with and the staff they employ really know what they’re doing! All in all: excellent professional service at very reasonable prices!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We purchased a $50,000.00 kitchen from these people, the lady working there was great, she provided excellent service, and we were confident that my kitchen would bebeautiful when it was finished .Then the kitchen was delivered, and there were things missing, cupboard doors etc. We approached them to let them know and to order the missing items so we could complete the kitchen. The extremely rude owner would not comply, wanting even more money after we had already paid them. The owner even said he would like a $600.00 delivery charge, which we thought was ludicrous. I would think twice about using this company, I have been in real estate for over 30 years, and never been treated so badly. We will be off to court with is one....
