Have always been very pleased with the service I have received at this branch. Sadly the insane decision to reduce the hours the bank is open has made my mind up to go elsewhere... Been with CIBC for over 20 years, but they just do not seem to get that I may need to do banking at a time other than 9-5, Service industry isn't it? Guess I will have to go to TD.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A certain advisor at this branch perpetually over promised and under delivered, while continuously leaving me in the dark over certain matters and forced me to call multiple times in a day to get any sort of answer. Overall terrible experience. Will not be returning to this branch for any matter going forward.

They have now dropped most banking services. No tellers. I had to withdraw money from the ATM to buy rolled coins for laundry from a customer service person. Will be banking elsewhere soon after 40 years!

Worst banking service, I have applied for a credit card on 26th of August and I waited for 11 business days and 7 other days. Still I haven't get it. then I mailed to the branch and he told me that the card may reach any time. Then I called the customer care and it took like 1 hour to solve the issue. They are going to send it again internally and it takes another 5 business days. It was one of the worst serviceses. Even if I get the card onnthe fifth business day, the waiting time is almost 25 days for a credit card. Service is so bad.
