He came to do simple trouble shooting for a couple issues.He didn't know anything about HVAC, not only did he not know how to check our thermostat system or AC. He ended up opening a water valve that was clearly disconnected and ended up flooding out the kitchen and causing water damage in our basement. He was unprofessional and unqualified to be doing work on anything. He took no responsibility for his error and gave no solutions and made excuses. He's incompetent and unethical. Would recommend no one use this company.

Horrible workmanship the toilets and tubs don’t drain properly due poor venting. Was told code didn’t require bathroom fans by them and that the HVAC system would do the job instead (they don’t do the job starting to have mold problems in a new house.)so they would not include them in the quote. I didn’t want to pay them until they fixed the work which they have not, paid them anyways figured I will hire a quality plumber fix there scabby work and move. Would not recommend using them at all.

They were very accommodating and there pizzas are great!

WARNING!!I had a flood caused in my house by this contractor. I booked him to fix issues with my air conditioner and dishwasher. In both HVAC and plumbing it seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. He didn't know how to work a basic thermostat and I had to show him how. For the dishwasher, instead of turning its waterline on and off, he turned the waterline to the uninstalled sink on. This caused under our kitchen sink to flood and leak all the way to the basement. I didn't notice his big mistake until a couple hours after her left. I had to put in an insurance claim and he denied causing it and very obviously lying. Considering we had him come back to the house later that day to show him in person the damage he had caused. Doug the owner is extremely unethical and shady and this was really disappointing. I haven't dealt with many people like this in my life. He didn't offer any help to fix the issue and lied to his insurance company about it. Even for someone like me who knows nothing about plumbing it should have been extremely obvious how to work a thermostat and which water line to touch, especially when a sink is uninstalled don't turn on the line to it. He had no clue what he was doing I honestly don't know how he is in business. Had he dealt with the mistake differently and had some integrity, I would not feel the need to write the review this way.

Gave great advice to unholy our blockage in our house but overall it was my housemate that her remedy worked
