I was hired by independent clients who used this company services for design, structural work (4 times) where on three occasions there were mistakes done on drawings in measurement, locations etc which resulted work being more expensive. Clients that I worked give me hard time that it is my responsibility to check everything that engineers, designers are paid for…. Try to avoid this company or do measurements for them. If you are planning any openings for your basement make sure windows are not behind gas meter (seriously) or if you lowering basements that they calculate depth of excavation properly. Or another house was longer on drawing then in reality - it must suddenly had shrunken (lol).I’m not client it this company but contractor that work with theirs plans.

We recently did a complete renovation and third floor addition with Re:Placement design and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Erik listened to everything we thought our old house was missing and what was on our wish list. He then came back to us with great recommendations.
