This company was great to deal with while searching for our new apartment. Very prompt to reply and always willing to answer any and all questions. Great experience!

I've been a tenant at a beautiful home that's managed by Picasso Properties for around 4 months now. They've made my rental experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. Super friendly and always available when I have questions. I would recommend Picasso properties to anyone looking for rental services. They're definitely the best rental service I've ever used.

The agent Bryon Howard from Piccasso properties found a tenant for us and we have paid him 50% of the first month rent ,advertising fees and fees for credit check plus tax.We had the problem with this tenant from the first month of the contract .The tenant was not paying the rent and utilities and we have already lost $5800.00.We tried to contact Bryon to explain our situation. He picked up the phone the first time thinking we are looking for some other service but since we told him about our tissue he will not pick up the phone or do not reply the text message.Then we came to know that he never did a proper reference cheque .Please stay away landlords and customers from this property management company .He also have a real estate business called Bryon Howard team.Please stay away or else you will loose money and will not get the service you wanted.

Just started renting from this company in February of this year.. Bryan is easy to deal with.. great place we are renting from them in high river..

I recommend Picasso properties for you next awesome rental experience. As a renter I believe this management company is by far the best I have dealt with.

Great service! I was unable to attend a house tour before moving in, so the company provided ample video, photographs, and information of the apartment I was seeking. Any troubleshooting re: heating, internet, etc. while I was at the apartment was resolved very quickly. Furthermore, all personnel I was in contact with throughout my time with Picasso Properties were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
