This statbucks is a little bit different than other locations I've been to in the city. Plentiful lighting in the seating area as you come in giving it a sunroom vibe.They were very busy when I dropped in, but I got my breakfast sandwich quickly.Thank you!

I couldn’t decide what to get so I asked the barista to make me a surprise drink - made a pink drink with vanilla sweet cream foam and it was really good! Never had the pink drink until today. Every morning I have come in the last couple weeks, I have been greeted without hesitation by Noel. He has been so welcoming to not just me but everyone that walks through the door. I asked for a Pike in a mug and he went as far as to warm up my mug with hot water first before pouring in the coffee. Then he even hand-delivered my egg bites to me at my table after coming out of the oven. I have been super impressed by the level of customer service provided and received by Noel! And today…he even remembered my order! I’ll be back because of him!

My Gosh this is the THE SLOWEST Starbucks! The staff are annoying and condescending. I waited for my coffee for 25minutes as I watch them gossip and giggle and laugh and just plain annoying. No disregard for people’s time. When I finally ask if they even have my oder, they don’t have it, she apologized in the most insincere way. Sadly this is the only Starbucks in and around Mayfield area so I don’t have a choice but to go there. Expect to wait for at least 25minutes for your coffee that they can make in 30 seconds. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STARBUCKS!!!! Disgusting staff!

Great machi, just had to wait for the young person behind the counter to acknowledge us and take our order until she finished doing whatever she was doing. My coffee was put into a puddle of coffee that was on the counter and she still didnt wipe it up. Sounds petty, but friendly service and clean counters are what takes me back to one Starbucks over another.

Is it supposed to be like this? I ordered a venti and somehow I got a grande or maybe a tall even..I was disappointed about the portion they gave me. It feels like I’ve been ripped off. Don’t order a venti cappuccino! They will give you a tall size!

The staff are always SUPER nice but this has to be one of the slowest locations I've been to. A long time ago, I used to come to this one lots and the same long time wait. I don't frequent Starbucks often but I've never waited 20 minutes with one vehicle in front of me. While I understand a lot of online orders must come in, this wasn't at rush hour. It was at 430pm .Starbucks is getting too expensive for just sugar and syrup. (Not directed towards this location)!

The people that work here are great, but it’s the SLOWEST Starbucks in the city. I’ve waited over 45 minutes for a line of only 5 cars. It’s consistently slow and I always see people leaving the line cause it won’t move for 10 minutes. Make sure you have no where to be if you decide to go to this Starbucks.
