Ontario Travel Information Centre - Niagara Falls

We reached this place trying to learn anything new we might not have learned during the previous visits:- the staff is very nice and friendly and put at your disposal lots of information, if you need that- clean toilets and the place is very clean too- they confirmed the Niagara falls park Power station is now open besides lots of rather expensive attraction to visit here- they also recommended to stop at the Dufferin islands for watching wildlife, which we did: lots of geese watching over their goslings - one couple had 12 goslings!!!! There are toilets here however parking is a bit expensive bearing in mind you will not stay for 1 hour with so many unruly tourists around.

I was visiting Niagara Falls this weekend for a baseball game. After the game was over, I decided to walk back to our Hotel and the gang was driving back. I walked many blocks on Stanley Avenue when it started to rain.I was trying to get a taxi to get to my Hotel and not able to find one....The ones that passed by were occupied and now I am furious and not a happy camper !I kept on walking in the rain and was furious with the lack of taxis around.I finally had a stroke of luck coming my way when I noticed the Ontario Travel Info Centreand went in.....This Centre is so very convenient with lots of information offered for the people, very clean and very helpful and pleasant staff. I told them my story and they happily called me cab ! In 10 minutes I was out of there and happy to be on my way back to my Hotel !

Friendly and helpful staff who explained the maps, routes, events at Niagara falls. Bought 24 hour Wego passes here for $10 each.The place has a water filling station, so make sure to carry your reusable bottle.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My friend and I have been to Niagara Falls many times, but the lady helping us recommended places we probably wouldn't have considered.

We were told by someone here that the Niagara Tunnel at the power station would allow dogs. Got there and we weren't allowed to enter. Thankfully they refunded our parking

I didn't ask for any help because there were already a lot of information and booklets on the shelves for tourists!

Incredibly helpful staff. Took the time point out bus routes, attractions, and even got on the phone to talk to the bus system's customer service. Highly recommend.

Staff not very knowledgeable and panicked when asked basic information such as how to get to Downtown Toronto. Friendly though. No WiFi as advertised.
