Bad experience with the staff answering the phone. They were rude, impatient, disrespectful and complaining about their job.Overall miserable customer service. Anyone else experienced that?Is the reception desk selective in who they are rude to?Today I had the same encounter I hardly get sick and I ask to see a doctor or nurse practitioner and I was told it’s a months wait. I have been with Unison over 13 years and I have never experienced such service.What is happening at Unison you guys forgot what your company is built on Oo wait it’s all about the moneyMy suggestion hire staff who actually likes their job and not there for the pay cheque especially when working in a diverse community.

I have been going to this clinic for a very, very long time. Staff/receptionist has always been kind and friendly. Of course there are days when some of them might be off (meaning not in good moods) but who hasn't? And yes, personal things should remain personal, and not brought into the workplace, however, that should not take away from the doctors on a whole. One specific doctor has my heart and I hope he never leaves - Dr. William Pegg. He has an amazing soul, and he's the first doctor in years to actually listen to all of my concerns, no matter how small. Unison is a small clinic but there's many services that are available, so please don't hesitate to stop by and make an appointment that suits your need.

Very great ppl the secretary explained everything to you answer all ur questions make you comfortable ok the nurses take care of ppl

Staff ask you what you are there for they're different departments very helpful didn't wait too long wasn't that busy today explain things so you can understand

There is basically no waiting, you have your appointment and Unison honors your time slot

most of the staff are lazy and unwilling to help, unbelievable bad service at this clinic
