I have been with them for last 2 years but on the renewal they never contact and quote me higher premium from before. Very lazy staff, never get back to me in a business day, always 2 or 3 days. Very poor service,I wish I could give 0 stars.

The office staff are professional and courteous. Cindy Ransky, is outstanding. Her knowledge of what I need is excellent. She is very professional, very responand and always is willing to help with any questions!I highly recommend this company for your insurance needs.

They don’t go after the best rate for you.Every year my insurance went up even though I had a good driving record.Terrible service from all the brokers I’ve had dealing with my file.Went with another broker and they got me a rate at literally half the price.Went to cancel and was told by Ashley Bredin, that I needed to prove to her I had new insurance elsewhere.Where I choose to do business is my choice.I do not need permission or proof to cancel services.Ridiculous from start to finish. Don’t use them

Their customer service sucks after you get your policy. Ones they get their commission paid they don’t want to talk to you until your policy is up for renewal. Still waiting for a phone call from my rep after 24+ hours ago I left VM

Great customer service. I spoke specifically with Tiffany Adie in St Catharines and I tell you, friendly, charming and fast thorough service.We are using them for event insurance and not only were their rates the best but they have a genuine concern to make sure the customer gets the best value.Going forward Hub International will be the resource we will use and the high standard to which others will be measured.Great job.
