Dan Jr was so nice. Gave me lots of advice. Showed me what I should do to avoid any problem in the future with my dishwasher, and the correct brand to use to clean the drain! Active dishwasher cleaner btw! I highly recommend them. Family own company.

I've had Mark repair my OLD dryer and OLD refrigerator. I'm pleased with the services

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment for someone to look at my dryer and was told the date along a service time of 12-4pm. Advised I worked but if I could get a phone call I would meet the technician at my house. 4:00 came around and no phone call so I called and got a voicemail , I inquired if there was a delay and asked for a return call. Got home at 6pm to find Mark had put his business card in my front door notifying me he had been to my house. I called the business - again got a voicemail so I left another message. I've been without a dryer for a week (no fault of Jet) but to rely on this appointment and have Jet screw it up is their fault. I'm still waiting for a call back but never mind I called a much more reliable company. You are underestimating the public if you think your the only game in town. I'd give you zero stars if I could.

Amazing service and by far the best price. Their tec came right out fixed my oven within minutes. Felt the pricing was very fair as well. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend.

Jet appliance said that they can work on my LG refrigerator. I told them that the compressor was suspected to be the issue. The service man arrived, plugged it in and told me the compressor was bad. Then told me that Jet is not licensed to handle the refrigerant and they could not repair it. $130 service fee for him to tell me that he can not work on my refrigerator. Scam artists should have declined the job knowing that they could not service it.
