But what really sets him apart is his commitment to customer service. He listened carefully to my needs and preferences and after a while, we decided that the BB Chrono was the watch to go for.When it finally came time to purchase the pieces, I got the invitation to visit the store and once again was greeted with with exceptional professionalism and friendliness. I had a chance to visit the Tudor boutique while visiting from Seattle. It was an absolute treat, having a chance to nerd out on watches with Vicky. We talked about the history of Tudor, got her thoughts on watches in general, and looked at just about every watch at the boutique.After careful consultation, between Vicky, my girlfriend, and my close friend (lol, majority rules), I opted to grab the BB58 with the gilt & black dial over the blue BB58. I couldn’t be happier with my decision.It was a pleasure being helped by Vicky. She was knowledgeable, really took her time with us, and created an unforgettable experience for us all.Truly, one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m still so awestruck. I can’t wait to be back and to visit again!

My boyfriend wouldn’t stop talking about the Tudor Pelagos in he new 39mm so I had to get my hands on the watch somehow. I inquired this store when the watch came out and was reached out by Vicky Huang early December. Vicky was easy to work with and got the watch to me seamlessly. I’ve never shipped/imported a watch into the states before and thought the process would be complicated but Vicky assured that it would be easy and walked me through the process. I was surprised when I opened the package and got to surprise my boyfriend with his dream watch today! Thank you Vicky and team for helping me get this timepiece and adding the Tudor tote bag as well. I would recommend this store and Vicky to anyone looking for Tudor timepieces.
