Really enjoyed the Canadian Firearms Safety course for both restricted and unrestricted, lots of hands on. Really appreciated the approach the instructors took in order to ensure everyone was comfortable and ready for the practical and written exams. Lots of laughs, really great people. The pal and rpal were great! Elisa was a great and patient trainer that knows everything that's required and easily answers questions quickly with class! Elisa's dad Orlando is a great gentle person! He has some fun with people including picking on me hahahaha but I know his style and understand it very well! Orlando was very much like my dad, he was a great man and his heart never means harm! I just finished getting both licenses on the July 1-2 course. Absolutely amazing people and very knowledgeable. I’m a complete beginner so it was nice to be taught by such skilled people. I highly recommend coming here if your are looking to get you PAL license.

Great experience. I put off taking the combo RPAL/PAL course for years thinking it would be a stressful experience but both Orlando and Elisa made it fun and straight forward process. Both of them will go out of their way and above and beyond to ensure you’re happy and taken care of. Highly recommend.

I haven't done any martial arts training here so I can't say anything on that level, but I will say I did my PAL and Restricted PAL here as well as a handgun course, Orlando is a great instructor and very good at the handgun training but I have to say that in any course I've ever taken for just about anything Elisa is the best instructor. She likes to keep it simple and task oriented so as to not let you get confused. Also there's a gentleman named Alex there, very helpful with handgun training and just made the experience better as a whole

Amazing experience. The instructors made difficult information easy to understand, and the training was some of the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend getting your PAL certification here! -- I came in with absolutely zero knowledge and left feeling confident and excited to learn more. The teaching style is perfect for multi-modal learners who are more kinesthetic in nature. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! This weekend, October 8-9 2022, I earned my non-restricted and restricted PAL at ITTA. We had two separate teachings from our instructors. Sanjay who handled the lectures and Elisa who taught us safe handling of multiple firearms. Both instructors were excellent in their communication and instilling confidence in every student regardless of their prior experience with firearms. I have already enrolled for their firearms fundamentals training because of my experience. Thank you Elisa and Sajay for a no nonsense approach to ensuring we had a great start to our firearms ownership journey. I’m looking forward to continuing my firearms trading at ITTA!

I am so happy I passed my course , overall the instructors were very helpful and make sure their students understand the importance of firearm safety. Filled with lots of experience abd knowledge ! I signed up for both the restricted and unrestricted and found both courses very helpful and highly recommend to take both courses ! I was so nervous in my first day just because i had no knowledge about firearms but hey were able to guide me through it and ease my fear !
