Very unhappy meal did not come with what menu said also had to keep asking waitress for condiments that were suppose to come with meal I will not come again

Unison at Kerby Centre
My mom is a senior and I am looking at residences for her to live in. I was at the Kerby Center and they said I could make an appointment to talk to someone. I called numerous times, sent messages, and no response. It is confusing to understand what the process is for moving a Senior into a new facility. It's very unprofessional for the Kirby Centre to not answer inquiries, especially since they told me I could reach out.. and the Unison magazine says so as well. If this is such a great resource for Seniors, why is it so hard to get help?

Unison at Kerby Centre
Kerby Centre offers great resources and programs for seniors. They have fantastic and friendly crew and volunteers. The cafè food has improved alot over the years, prices remain decent. On special occasions,they come up with a special menu and some live entertainment. The location is accessible as it’s just right next to a Ctrain station. They offer a free parking for patrons,max of 6hrs. Keep in mind,you need to register at the reception. Cleanliness in and around the building needs alot of work.
