My physiotherapist - Kat - works at Carewell group. Not just her, but the staff (Shammy) are all amazing. They care so much about the patients and treatment. Kat is super professional and a very kind person. If you are looking for a physiotherapist, I super recommend this place and Kat.

Very friendly environment with excellent service. I was having neck issues because of my workout routine. With in two visits, with the help of Robert, I was able to recover from that injury. I Must recommend this place!!

My wife and I went to the CareWell Group for orthotics fitting. The service my wife and I received from the CareWell Group, from booking the appointment to getting the fitting and to receiving the orthotics, was second to none. We were so impressed with their professionalism that I am now receiving my chiropractic treatment from them.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I recently moved back to Guelph and when I injured my shoulder, a family friend recommended Dr. Evans. I'm so glad she did! He is professional, patient, kind, easy going and really knows his stuff! He's got what I call 'a BC (British Columbia) vibe'. He explains things in a detailed, yet easy to understand way. I've been worrried about my painful injury, but having an understanding of what's going on, seeing the major progress, and having Dr. Evans' reassurance and support is so helpful.Shammy at the front desk is just as down-to-earth, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Not all medical administrators are. She's been accommodating when I've had to reschedule or anything else I've asked for assistance with. They also do direct billing, so you only have to pay what's not covered by your benefits.They offer a range of appointment times (morning, afternoon, evening) and online booking. They are punctual, so no long wait times. The office is really inviting, clean, modern. It's in a quiet, yet central area. Currently CareWell gives you a ticket to exit, so you don't have to pay for parking! There is ample parking so no worries about that, and there's also a lovely cafe in the building.For my painful shoulder soft tissue / tendonitis issues, I've found my chiropractor appointments with Dr. Evans to be more helpful than my Physiotherapy ones, which are actually longer and cost more. I get more personalized, hands on care with a professional who gave a correct diagnosis early on, which a later ultrasound confirmed. I appreciate I can share progress and ask questions each time. My review is based on numerous visits!I highly recommend CareWell. They really do care and the experience is efficient, easy, and yields results!

I highly recommend CareWell to those looking for a Chiropractor. Dr. Evans is excellent at his work, and has helped me correct back pain and maintain good health through the strain of both highly physical and intense jobs and desk jobs alike! He knows what he's doing, he's efficient, he's personal and professional. Not only is Dr. Evans great, but the receptionist, Shammy, is fantastic. She's efficient, helpful, kind and clearly cares about the patients. You won't regret going to CareWell!

This place has really had my back over the years. The staff are extremely professional and beyond supportive and accommodating. Very clean and welcoming environment. Would not have been able to reverse years of negative posture building without their support.
