So initially Dr. Gorrie really helped me a lot dealing with WCB and my wrist injuries. Of late when I go in, asking for help he has become ableist.If I try to ask a question or say I have already taken the steps suggested (to save us both time) he will talk louder and faster over me. So I end up sitting there listening to him rant at me in a very boomer fashion.I'm thinking of looking for a new doctor because I do not feel heard in regards to my wrist/hands disability, I had a lot of complications with my first IUD and information not fully disclosed that could've made the process significantly less painful too. So overall my confidence has dropped in Dr. Gorrie.I wish I could try out the lady doctor in clinic but they are not accepting new patients. I will severely miss the convenience of chumir being a few blocks away but I need a doctor looking out for my best interests.I haven't had any issues with reception at least and you can call healthlink after hours. They can refer you to a doctor that will call you about any health issues you are experiencing and direct you to a walk in or emergency during hours/days the clinic is closed at least.

I have nothing but high praise for everyone who works at this clinic. Dr. Elaine Bland has been my primary doctor for 15 years. Professional, caring, empathic and blessed with a terrific sense of humour.

My family doctor moved to this clinic and I moved with her because she’s a gem. However the receptionist staff aren’t very nice and I have even been laughed at me before while trying to make appointments. It’s extremely unprofessional and makes me uncomfortable booking appointments with my one family doctor.

These guys are AMAZING. We had a very tough situation arise on a Sunday afternoon with our daughter, and this clinic were incredible. They helped us through the situation, called us back when they said they would, conducted a virtual appointment with her and also took her in to see her even though they were closed.I can’t thank them enough. They were amazing.

My family has been going to this clinic for more than 20 years. The doctors are fantastic and considerate, the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been very happy with the care and service at this clinic.

Dr. Barnert is excellent, she genuinely cares about her patients. I am a previous patient of hers and left to start seeing a doctor only a couple minute walk from my house - huge mistake. Thankfully I kept my daughter under Dr. barnerts care

My doctor (Dr. Katherine Johns) is incredibly and I will follow her to whatever clinic she chooses to work at until she retires. She deserves 5 stars.However, the clinic as a whole does not. The reception staff, while effective at their job, turn the phone lines off at 3:00pm despite the clinic being open until 5:00 Mon-Thurs and 9:00-4:00 on Friday. This is extremely annoying and unprofessional.

Very rude! Im still asking about how to set an new appointment and the telephone operator just kept saying thank you thank you. Never overtalk to anyone you almost asked me to shut up. She has a british accent. You are very rude!!!!!

Staff is kind and helpful. Doctor Johns has also been extremely helpful in working towards healing and is understanding and a terrific communicator.

Wish I could disagree with reviewers about the reception staff. When you call in, talk fast and know exactly what you're asking for, or risk being transferred or impatiently cut off mid-sentence. Other than that, my family doctor is fantastic and so are the others I've seen at this clinic.
