Well, I don't know how many nice things I can say about Kali Martens from the Keith Unger Team without it sounding super cliché and possibly sponsored... but I will note that Kali's personable and informative approach to the home buying process was infinitely appreciated. She provided transparency and a sense of ease throughout a multitude of house showings, didn't let any of my questions deter her, and ensured that I (mostly) stayed sane while waiting to find out if an offer was accepted. There are a lot of things that you cannot control when buying a home, but having a knowledgeable and patient realtor by your side is one decision I would place high value on. Kali, thanks for being so awesome.

Rob was the only realtor that responded to me when I was looking for a realtor in Manitoba, he responded quickly too. I cannot recommend Rob Friesen enough! Our house buying situation was a fiasco and Rob was one of the few steady people who kept us sane. Initially he was very pleasant and helpful (as I'm sure most realtors are), but it was when everything went wrong that his genuine character truly showed. Our deal nearly fell through and Rob did anything and everything he could to try to help us get the home we had fallen in love with, even trying options that would cost him his commission. He worked the hardest when he had the least to gain! I cannot express with words how much his work meant to us! There is no way we could have navigated the situation on our own, and we were confident that we were in capable hands. We hit more than a few major roadblocks, and Rob's response to each and every one of them showed us his authenticity and sincere care for us as people--not just clients.

This review is particularly for Rob Friesen, though I assume the rest of the Kieth Unger team is similarly fantastic.When my wife and I began looking for a house in Steinbach Rob was recommended to us and we have him a shot. He quickly found the type of house we were looking for, and we unexpectedly found a house we fell in love with very shortly. Things were nearly in place when disaster struck and it seemed we would be unable to buy the house and then vice-versa, again and again in a rollercoaster ride of stress (due to the seller, and in no part due to Rob in any way).That being said Rob fought for us and advised us better than we had expected going far above and beyond what was required of him. I couldn't have imagined being in his shoes during that time as it could not have been an easy job. However he did it well and we ended up even getting the house through it all, and are quite grateful for all his personal help.
