I did a wrong order by the app, selecting a wrong location. So, few seconds after the app confirmation, I called the store to cancel my order, they told me, they don’t have a option to cancel, the only option they have were to not accept the order. Fine, I thought! However, was not, I still got the charge in my credit card, even they didn’t do the subs. So, the result, I talked with them again, and they said, they will to refund me. This happened two weeks ago and nothing! Still waiting the refund! Be careful when you go order something by the app! Also do not expect any support from the store! Or at least this store! I do not recommend!

Dislike the customer service there.They never pack the sub well enough for the contents to hold and last time, i ordered a footlong online, they didn't cut it in two pieces, which is just common sense.

Very rude employee. I work in the service industry as well, and I would never talk to a customer that way just because I'm having trouble understanding them (I have an accent).Had to repeat everything.Seems to be the same employee other reviewers have complained about.

I love this Subway. All of the staff are beautiful wonderful people and they treat me so kindly. It is always a pleasure to go there and I go several times a week just because it feels nice to have nice healthy conversations with happy people and eat good food

Order ahead with the app and skip the line! The best way to save time during your lunch break. They are Normally busy around noon. Maybe 3 to 5 people in line. However the team is fast and make everything fast. I considere their sandwiches as a not too bad fast food option.

If every Subway was run like this one they would not have the image issues they have had for near 15 years now.Ingredients, unlike any other subway are consistently fresh, staff make items to order and I have yet to have a mistake in a month of frequenting.Friendly staff, prompt and efficient.Subway should base all other store operations on whatever this store I'd doing.

Navneet is an absolute sweetheart! Answered all my questions made great conversation prepared my food perfectly and efficiently even though she was the only one in the store 10/10 customer service would come again!
