Honestly, great service and great professionalism (methodical). Report came out a day after inspection for a residentiel building. Kevin’s availabities were a great add on for a short notice.

Kevin was very detailed in his report and helped us understand what needed to be done to ensure the property would stay in good condition. We spent a lot of time looking at the property, which was helpful to make sure it was in good condition and it didn't take too long to receive the report so that we can review it in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone especially first time home buyers.
