After work this afternoon Tony, Walter and Chris came to the rescue today. Not only saving me a massive headache but also saving me a ton of money. These wonderful people are a perfect example of how kind humans can be. Thanks again Tony, Chris and Walter...you're amazing people.

This is the best Green and Ross you can go to in the GTA. Their prices are the best, super friendly and always willing to help you right away. I’ve been stuck in tricky situations a couple times and they’ve always gone above and beyond to help. Great place to go to for all your car needs!

I purchased new tires for my Honda CR-V from Active Green+Ross and also bought a protection plan. I was to travel US and a tire needed repair in rush. I came to Queen Street Mississauga location and requested for an expedited service. The staff was very cooperative and did the repair with in no time considering my request. The location was felt a family and friend place in general and was caring for customers. Thank you

took my car in for a tire leak 3 months ago Tony greeted me very friendly five minuets later Travis took car into bay and fixed the nail but informed that I had a cracked rim and recommend me to a tire and rim specialist because the tire still had a leak there was no charge for the repair. today I went back for an oil change and front tire balance again Tony was there to talk and his great personal greeting was excellent. Travis took care of me and I am very pleased with his knowledge and suggestions. Highly recommend this business and will definitely return. I don't usually give reviews but Active Tire deserves this five star review.

Was in for a tire mounting and balancing. waited 2 hours in-store just to be told to come back later (7 hours total). Received the wheels back to see minor damage on my brand new rims. The following week i tried to install them but found that some of them could not hold air. Brought all 4 to the dealership to find out that This branch had broke ALL 4 VALVE STEMS (massive bubbles being blown out around the stems). Was told that whoever installed them over-tightened and broke the seal. so i had to pay them to get unmounted, replace the ALL of the stems, and remounted....The fun part is being charged extra by this branch because they were hard to put on". I wouldn't have minded if they didn't mangle my expensive brand new rims....now I'm out $$ from their "service" plus $$$ from the dealership..."

Don’t come here if you have low profile rimsThey will scratch it when fixing the tire alsoThey fix the tire with the nail that was close to the wall without advising the customer it might leak and it start leaking air again.Don’t waste your time and money go to the proper dealership they will do much better job

Travis did a good job. Sam (sorry if i got the name wrong) is the best. Even though it was New Year’s Eve, he was generous enough to work fast on my flat tyre. He is a great conversationalist and we spoke all the time. I forgot the name of third person. Never felt like being in a repair shop even though they do the good job. Always recommended
