The two stars is all I can give unfortunately, the staff are very pleasant and will go out of their way to accommodate you but the quality of the services is so poor that I will not be returning. I made a complaint about my nails lifting only a few days after getting them done as well as multiple lashes falling out within the same time. I was advised by the person who responds to emails to “file my nails down” I’m not sure how that will help keep them on. I paid quite a lot for my services and I’m quite upset I don’t get to enjoy them for as long as promised. I will not return and I would appreciate some compensation for my extreme dissatisfaction.

Got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and she did a terrible job on the shape and made them thinner and uneven.I had my eyebrows done there previously and they did an excellent job . But this time they really did terrible and I won’t be going there again . I usually don’t do negative reviews but I would give it zero stars if I could

Worst / painful experience ever. Slow/clumsy person doing the wax. staff have no communication skills, no professionalism. Prices too high. slow customer service. Never going back again.

The spa services were great! The staffs were very helpful and kind. The owner, Bhumika, was able to fit me in for a hair cut from her schedule. It was an amazing experience and will definitely come again

Had a horrible pedicure… was told it was 65$ but went to go pay and it costed 105$. My toes were all red and bleeding before I left. The nail polish paint was horrible and the scrub hurt really bad since they didn’t wet your leg before scrubbing it.

I regularly go to Bhumika for eyebrow threading and it is always amazing. As my grad approached I also went to her for my hair and makeup on both my commencement and prom days. They were absolutely amazing! I felt so beautiful and was given so many compliments! I couldn’t recommend them enough!A big thank you to them for making those moments so special!

Normally I don’t do my nails and today I decided to go and get it done, I had a bad experience since I arrived the girl in the front was just with a long face just looking at me all weird, I waited 10 min to be sitting and there’s was no one there, I just want to get my nails clean it took 20 min to do nothing and I had to pay 30 Cad. I feel bad to say something at the moment because I don’t like to complain but if you girls don’t take others people that East Indian just say something and don’t make people waist their time and the money for a bad service…
