Absolutely very helpful. Everytime I go in I seem to be in a rush. I go straight to the ladies there. N they are truly thee best for me n help with my dog... Gratefully appreciated. Thank u to the manager who even came in on her day off to help all furbaby livers to help during the Xmas holidays n I believe the other women is Susan. But they are all very remarkable people.

Staff are GREAT manager is HORRIBLE very disrespectful and talks very rudely to customers. Went to engrave a collar and she wouldn’t help and said it’s all “self explanatory” then walked away mumbling VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I hope someone is rude to her to show her how it feels we spent lots of money here today NOT GOING HERE AGAIN

It is pretty good place the have amazing Betta fish and some good advice but to be sure do you research first and the does care about their fish dogs and cats

Until there is new management at this location I will not be returning. On multiple occasions I have walked in and the manager never even looks at you let alone say hello, he does this to all customers it looked like. When he is there I wait at the till far too long and he's not friendly. Very disappointing as I enjoy all the workers there but it's not worth supporting a place with management like that!

This is the ONLY place I will bring my fur babies! Took them for a bath today and the lovely girl Erin working there went above and beyond to help us and was SO knowledgeable and kind and was so great in helping us on all things for our dogs!!!! After giving them a bath she assisted us in picking out the best toys, and a bed for our older senior dog. Thank you so very much Erin for your fabulous customer service and thank you petvalu for being such a wonderful place to shop!!!! 10/10 best service!!

I went there to buy appropriate toys for a 4lb blind puppy I recently adopted and the staff there were friendly, helpful, and spent a lot of time and put a lot of thought into helping me find the right toys. The puppy loves every toy I brought home and has spent hours and hours playing with them. Thanks so much!

This is a bright and well planned store. The staff member I have dealt with twice was excellent. She did not have hover and asked me if I need help. She answered all the questions that I had and even gave me some freeze dried treats for my dogs. This is definitely my go to pet store in St Paul when we are visiting.
