I'm really frustrated with the fact that I personally feel that the employees are rushing what they are doing and not actually paying attention to the customer....I have had my orders messed up a few times but today I went and not only did the girl not listen to what I had ordered and ended up charging me more and said that she couldn't give me my money back but could do in store credit and so not only did I not get what I order but I also got charged extra for something I didn't order and then was told i couldn't get my money back. I would really encourage the management to make sure they are talking with their employees and doing enough training that the customer is always leaving happy. What happened to the saying the customer is always right"????"

Once again top notch service and amazing food! This location consistently has the nicest staff and the freshest food it never disappoints us. Tonight we had sweetest young man named Luis who was very thoughtful and ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond dealing with us two crazy ladies who couldn't make up their minds lol. I do believe had we gone anywhere else they might have kicked us out for changing our minds so many times. I hope the management keeps Luis around because he's a great asset to an already amazing business. Thank you guys for giving this mom a break from cooking and providing great food, great staff and a great value!

Every time I place an online pickup order, get there, they say they’re out of greens. They need to make more if they are going to keep customers happy. Also, why do they close so early? They’re always closed before the close time. I’ve tried placing online orders way before they close and it won’t let me.Also, noodles are always so dry, I have to add my own sesame oil to it. The rice is dry and tasteless. The kung pow chicken is so hot, there’s no flavor and it just burns my entire mouth. My husband makes it way better. The sizzling shrimp tastes too fishy. The honey walnut shrimp is soggy. I really liked their Beyond Orange Chicken and was disappointed they discontinued it.My favorite used to be sweet fire chicken, until I got covid and now all peppers taste rotten to me. I wish they would make Sweet Fire without the peppers.Not too happy.

Great food, I enjoyed eating there but I wish the manager Caitlin was nicer to the employees. She was rude and acted like she was better then everyone. I hope she tones it Down and realizes they’re people just like her and need to be treated nicely.

Website for Ontario, OR , Panda Express says they close at 11 but they were already closed at 1020 when we got there. Lady answers at the drive thru call box to tell us that they were closed, also, so... Hopefully, there's a District Manager that reads these reviews so they are aware of this, also! If you close at 11 then close at 11. If you have new hours?, then please update you're website. Thanks

I ordered chicken chow me-in noodles and I got nothing but cabbage. Of course, my son is not going to eat a bunch of cabbage with no flavor. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten at a Panda Express. I spoke to the manager and let her know what had happened and she said she can’t do anything that and that this it is normal entrée with a bunch of vegetables and no noodles or chicken. This is not right something needs to get fixed. The Panda Express here in Ontario is the only one in this area. This is very sad and unfortunate. I do not recommend this place to anybody not only people are not willing to understand you, but they are all so rude. The lady was talking over me, when all I was trying to explain what my son had received and even showed her and still refuse to fix it. Pay if I wanted a box of it. Finally, she gave me a tiny little red box just to send me off. But it is all of veggies and no noodles or chicken. Very disappointing. The box was less than half filled. It was literally a spoonful of cabbage with no flavor and that is all. I spend $50 in food I expect get what I paid for. This was a very bad decision of the lady manager at the Ontario panda express.

I made an order with DoorDash that was supposed to be delivered to my work for my lunch break at 5:00 p.m. I guess there was a technical problem because the store got my order at 2:20 p.m. they made my food and then let it sit for 2 and 1/2 hours before my dasher picked it up and brought it to me. When I noticed that my food was soggy and cold, I called the store. They don't know what the meaning of the word manager is, as I asked for one and they kept giving me a runaround about who they were going to put on the phone. After being put on hold for a good 5 minutes I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me and that it was doordash's fault. When I pointed out that it may have been tornash's fault to send the order to early, they still allowed food that had been sitting out of the warmer for two and a half hours to leave the store with a delivery driver instead of replacing it with fresh food. To which she told me that I could bring her the food and she would replace it for me, but I had to have the food with me. I told her that I was at work for the rest of the night and would be off by the time she closed. She responded with I'm sorry

The bowl is half full of WHITE rice and orange chicken from yesterday based on the inner texture.With a cherry coke because they didn't have dr. pepper...ask for orange sauce got sweet and sour, and my drink lid almost came off because it wasnt put on correctly. Basically can't do much worse guys...it's wasnt worth $13.
