This place is an absolute crapshoot. Drs who don't believe in patients having pain unless it's cancer, and even then, too bad, pain meds are the worst thing in this drs mind and He would NEVER prescribe pain meds.Additionally, your personal info is freely available to anyone w your DOB.

Caring, kind and professional. Dr. McInnes is a good communicator and effective in his treatments. Staff support team is exceptionally patient focussed. In my circumstance the team and doctor worked hard to minimize costs and ensure followup care.

Dr didn't think it was my slightly buldging disc that was causing my pain, and to be fair it wasn't fully it, but he did the epidural procedure anyways incase and it helped alleviate about 40% of my pain. Only reason I give 3 stars is because without fail, it's an hour wait to see him AFTER my appointment time. I had to leave because he was taking forever and id miss my next appointment if i waited any longer. It's now about a 3 week wait time to book another visit.Edit: updated from 3 stars to 5, New doctor (Dr.Retief(?)) Is fantastic. Does the epi procedure in a more modern way than my previous doctor that causes much less irritation.

Don't know what they're in the business of, but it sure isn't helping people. Maybe you only get help if they can charge you extra. Another patient came out of their appointment shocked that there was more they had to pay. The front staff are nice though, but that's the only thing they've got going for them.
