Worst experience ever.I have visited three times with appointment but each time, I still have to wait around 2 hours to see doctor.

No respect for someone's time. And moreover the front desk has a free hand to misbehave with people who complain. Booked appointment at 0620pm. Wasn't seen until 0745pm. Very unprofessional and appalling.

It's good to finally find a doctor who is willing to listen to patient's concerns and go above and beyond to help them (unlike some other doctors who have only been trained by AHS to dismiss patients concerns and save them money). I highly recommend Dr. Noonari!

One of the worst experiences i have had. They referred me for blood work. My report was good but they did not gave me any call. I waited for 1 week and after that I called them about my report and the receptionist and Specifically Dr. Noonari said that if the report is good, they do not call the patient. How am I supposed to know that the report is good; “by magic i guess”.Instead the doctor kept arguing with me that according to law if the report is good we do not call and specifically said we do not have time to call each patient.They do not have normal decency to give a courtesy call to the patient. Kudos to your clinic.

Worst experience with Dr.Noonrai,Only focus on quantity of appointments not on quality care. Very disappointed behavior and refuse to provide me a treatment.if you book an appointment be prepare to wait at list an hour or more.

I highly recommend Dr. Noonari. He helped me take out the foreign object in my eye. He was very patient and really took the time to find out what went wrong with my eye. Thank you very much Dr. Noonari!

very unprofessional staff! appointment and no appointment u will stuck there for hours, they should learn ho to manage so they waste people's time!doctors are ok, they dont really listen and they just call you 3-4 times to visit for the same report, not worth at all waiting here!

My entire family has been visiting this clinic for the past two years. Dr. Nonari is professional, caring, and kind (☆☆☆☆☆). Always had a great experience; however, the front desk's customer service quality has deteriorated since the old staff left last year.Current staff lacks work ethics and do not follow the first come first server" protocol with walk in patients.Today

Pathetic and inhumanity! It's not walk in clinic, they lie to people. Even if there is an emergency, they don't care. They only care about appointments. They don't have mercy on patient, even if you are in extreme pain, it doesn't matter for them. Overall there is no humanity. I won't recommend to anybody. There is no zero star option in review, otherwise I would have given zero for this kind of behavior.The front desk staff talk about each other don’t prefer walk in patients. It’s a worst worst clinic I have seen in Calgary even I saw 1st doctor in my life she was very rude and unprofessional. If I have a chance I can give them zero star. Plz not recommend this place they have no moral values these type of clinic need to be close.if you have a family doctor another one so they become with you more more racist.

Only reason Im going to this clinic and the saddletown medical clinic is because of Dr.Memon, she's great! The two times I had an appointment, I always had to wait 30mins or longer. There's really no point in coming to appointments on time when you won't be seen on time. If you are booking an appointment for these clinics, prepare to wait. Front desk staff could be a tad bit more friendlier and less unwelcoming.
