Just wanted to say thanks to David. My mother in law is on a fixed income. Furnace was acting up, not going into high fan mode. David came over and diagnosed the issue and was able to fix. Didn’t over charge or sell unnecessary parts etc. it’s very nice to see honest service companies, as so many of them aren’t. Would highly recommend his company to anyone. Great service is priceless. Thanks again. Ps. My mother in law was on a maintenance contract from a company I won’t name, but they did the last service and let’s just say they didn’t leave the furnace in a correct state. This is from back in 2021.Had warranty on the AC, only a year old or so. Have google Nest installed. Nest was slow to cool. Called the company to see if the equipment was bad. Team came and did not find anything wrong with the AC, just restarted Google Nest and charged me around $213. I understand that they spent 10-15 minutes or so trying to figure out what the problem could be but ended up charging me ~$213 for not much effort or time put in. Reception wasn’t even empathetic to the situation.

Everything about my experience dealing with Burlington heating and air was fantastic.Initially called about issues with our old AC unit and the technician came out and gave us options on how to fix the system but we decided to just replace the entire unit(as it was 20+ years old). The technician quoted us a price on site which we decided to go with and installed a couple days later.The installation went very well, the technicians where incredibly nice and professional and spent a good amount of time testing the system to make sure everything worked as expected.The final installation price ended up being exactly what was initially quoted and the technicians were incredibly professional.

I ordered the least expensive option, RunTru. I was billed for a TraneXR13, $500 more expensive after tax. After I asked about the discrepancy, Dave said he made a mistake on the work order, and gave me the choice to have the proper AC installed and the bill adjusted, or keep the current AC. Then told me that they actually installed a TraneXR16 at a $1,000 discount, as Trane was out of stock on the 13. I guess I'm better off in the long run to keep the upgrade. So maybe a win?I contacted four local AC companies and found BHAC to be the most professional in executing the original quote, and they seem to be very responsive, especially compared to the other AC companies.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. After a nightmare experience with one of the big HVAC companies, these guys got the job done quickly and at a fair price. Great communication and transparency. The experience was seamless from quote to completion. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Had to replace a furnace in the middle of winter. Selected 5 parties to quote. Burlington Heating provided a quote on the same day requested, installed quickly and their price was competitive with with the other 4 companies. So far, very satisfied with the Trane furnace selected.

We had a ductless A/C unit installed and we are very happy with the unit. If you need to cool an upper bedroom, this is a great way to do that. The installation service was very professional. They finished ahead of schedule and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Update: the technicians made a hole into our basement wall to pass electric wires and they didn’t close the hole! In February, with the snow melting, there was water coming through the drywall and damaged both the walls (we had to cut then to find out what was going on) and also damaged the floor in that room. Very, very disappointing. The issue below is also not fixed yet.We had two mini splits ac units installed in our house this summer, Dave is great on the pre-sale, explained everything, sent quote in a timely manner. The technicians that installed the ac are also great, it all went well. A week after installation, we called them to explain there’s a lot of water coming out of the ac unit pipes and is hitting a window sealing, which might be damaging in the future. The technician came back the next day saying it was an easy fix and they would schedule it shortly. We’ve followed up via their phone number for months and the person who answers the phone wants to charge us for a visit and don’t even transfer the call. We have to keep a bucket under the pipe to collect the water. Very disappointing.

My furnace went out on a long weekend. I called Burlington heating and air conditioning service. Dave drove to my place and helped me out. They fixed everything in a timely manner. The service was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Burlington heating and air conditioning service.
