We added a 1 bedroom suite , and remodeled our side with an office and bathroom addition .Jack and Andrew were better then we could have ever imagined. Both very professional and very easy to deal with. Problem solvers . We had many during our build .Major problems with the designer .Terrible service from the kitchen cabinet and counter company.Supply chain issues.Delivery of wrong items.Ect...They calmly and quickly resolved all of them.Jack and Andrew are honest and trustworthy individuals. The work is top quality. Everything we asked for, they delivered .Every question we had ,they answered.We are so confident in Jack and Andrew. We have decided to completely remodle our 2 upstairs bathrooms. And in the summer build a 400 sf addition .Jack and Andrew began our project as contractors . By the time they finished they are now good friends of ours .and our two kids absolutely love both of them.Thank you guys!!

Lerazo Contracting recently renovated my kitchen, including taking down walls and turning two rooms into one large kitchen.I would highly recommend this company for any renovation project.They were polite, helpful, friendly, punctual, knowledgeable …everything you could ask for when undergoing a major change in your home.As for the job itself, it was on budget on time and the results were fantastic.If you are wanting to do a renovation in your home please consider Lerazo Contracting, you won’t be disappointed!

We started our renovation work in the Spring of 2019 on a 2000+ square foot suite in a 55 year old wood framed apartment. The age of the building created challenges because of the amount of levelling and correction of out-of-square walls required to accommodate flooring and cabinets.Our plan (which was mostly in our head) was well received by Lerazo (Jack) and with some input along the way from their designer we eventually settled on a layout and we forged ahead.We had already ordered kitchen & bathroom cabinets elsewhere and Jack had to work with this other Company which, in itself, was contentious but there was never any blaming the other guy" from Jack.All of their crew members were pleasant and easy to deal with. Jack always took the time to fully explain any questions we had throughout the 8 months of construction. His explanations were clear and he never ignored or side-stepped any question. We felt like we could ask anything without any fear of creating a rift between us.We are very pleased with all aspects of their work product and their work ethic. If a wall seemed fine to us but not to them it was redone. That kind of quality assurance is getting harder and harder to find.If you're looking for someone you can easily communicate with

Our renovation with Lerazo was excellent. They were able to do professional designs based on certain things we wanted and the end result turned out awesome. Jack was very understanding and easy going. He definitely went above and beyond for certain areas of our project. Overall the work quality was good, we were especially impressed with the quality work of the floor tiling. The sub-contractors were really good. Whether you want to be involved in your renovation or not, Lerazo is a great choice!

They came to replace our ancient carpet with some brand new carpet. They were subcontracted by our flooring company. Overall we are very pleased with the workmanship and how cooperative everyone was with our particular situation. The communication from Jack was outstanding. My elderly grandfather was present at home during the install and they were sensitive to his presence and did not cause any issues whatsoever. (and that is quite an accomplishment in itself lol). We will be contacting them again for further renovations we may want to have done.Thank you to the entire team for everything!

Lerazo renovations has been great! We re-did our stand up shower to be much more functional and Jack did an awesome job to make that happen! He is very dependable and easily approachable. He respected our budget and helped to come within those parameters! Thank you so much again!

We had Jack and George come in to take out a wall and put in a supporting beam to expand our kitchen. These guys were great! They had good ideas, creative suggestions and all around great to have in my home. They were available and were quick to finish. Highly recommended! Thank you!

We had are main bedroom bathroom renovated by Lerazo Renovations . We came across Lerazo by looking online and seeing there great reviews , and so glad we did. We’re extremely happy with the bathroom. Jack was awesome with keeping us in the loop on the progress. We also had Andrew around doing lots of work and he is also a real good dude . Jack and Matt were amazing to work with. They were able to meet right away for a quote and started the work shortly after. The redid the flooring throughout the house and it looks amazing! All the staff were very friendly when coming onsite to check in on the project. Would absolutely recommend this company for your home reno.Thank you for the wonderful service.
