Came back the day after we bought some paint, because my wife did not like the way the color looked in the room (it was correct, just the light seemed to make it look different.). They tweaked it twice, saving us the need to buy a new can. Loved the service, thank you.

I stopped in here recently to get some paint for my garage door. The staff was very helpful in getting the exact colour I needed. They have a large selection of paints and painting accessories (e.g., brushes, rollers, etc.). The store has other knick knacks and household decorations that are nice.

Excellent sales and service, we had to match paint from over 4years ago, they did everything they could, even looking back on purchases of the account, to find the exact color . Thank you again !!

This store was so helpful during the COVID crisis for buying paint and supplies for our new home. We wanted low VOC paint so we opted for Benjamin Moore Natura paint. We also did a successful colour match using old paint cans left behind from previous owners that had the paint mix numbers on them. We ordered in advance for pickup and went into the store for the paint match once COVID measured were relaxed.

Stacy is wonderful. She helped us pick the colours for our main floor and our blinds. So glad we used her services.

Sold me the wrong colour paint. Admitted they sold me the wrong colour paint. Another staff then Lectured me on how they repeated the paint colour three times (they did not) and then lectures me more when I said we had started to use the paint (because we thought we had the correct paint, thanks and we live 40 minutes from the store). Totally was calling me a liar, as if I had made up a story because I didn’t like the paint colour, even though the initial staff remembered the paint colour I had chosen. Never again. Not to mention no one acknowledged us when we entered and we had to make noise to get someone to help us pick paint. Not to mention I asked for the most affordable paint and was given a can that cost 100$ (yes, you read that right). Will definitely make sure to repeat this story to everyone.

Poor customer service.I purchased paint and painting supplies from this store previously. Because I am repainting the interior of my home I planned to buy my paint here again and visited the store on Friday afternoon to collect some colour ideas. It was a mistake. The sales associate in the store was cold and unfriendly. She made no effort to greet me as a customer or offer any assistance. She remained at the back of the store the entire time I was there. Needless to say I will not be returning and will give my business to other paint and decorating stores in the area.

We had an excellent experience at this location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they knew their products. Pam, approached myself and my husband and asked if we needed any assistance. She was extremely friendly and more than willing to help and give advice. She knew her stock and was obviously very experienced giving suggestions on colour combinations. We went in just to look, and walked out with our new colour scheme!

I am a new home owner and didn't have much experience when it came to anything paint related apart from colors I liked.Upon arriving I was greeted right away, and I was given great advice and information on how Benjamin moore paint works and what would be the best fit for my homes.Also I was given great advice as to what colors were the best options and where, and why.I would recommend anyone and everyone, regardless of their knowledge or lack there of, because the customer service was so great and helpful.

The review relates to the customer service and not products they sell.I was in to drop off a UPS package today, since this location is an authorized shipping center for them. I asked the person at the counter if I could borrow a bit of tape to tape the package - I didn’t require more than two small pieces of tape. They told me that I can purchase it for $5/roll. I explained that I only needed a very small amount and I would absolutely remember to bring some tape the next time I come in.He started explaining how the tape costs them and they are only paid $0.50 for each package and that he can’t afford to waste his tape on customers. Again, I was asking for maybe $.05 worth of tape and he wouldn’t help me.I went next door to the Jiffy Photo location (a Purolator shipping center) and explained my situation. They were happy to not only let me borrow the tape, but also offered to remove old labels from the package and use their marker etc.I was very disappointed to see the lack of interest in providing customer service. I realize the person at the counter didn’t have to help me with this and yes there is a cost associated with a bit of tape, but a little bit of kindness goes a long way.I will not ship anything through this location nor will I return for paint or supplies that they carry.
