Good service. Some new dishwasher issues.Mike came right on time, was friendly and fixed the problem right away and checked the area for any other issues.Good value for work you might not handle yourself.

We called King’s Plumbing early in the morning and we had them show up within the hour. Very professional and friendly ! Found our issue and had it replaced in no time. Great pricing as well. Thank you. Would certainly recommend them to others.

Emailed at 11pm on a Sunday night. Was a non emergency and King’s got back to me first thing the next morning and said they could be by Tuesday. Due to my schedule we made an appointment for the following Monday. Plumber was here on time Monday, and in and out in under an hour. Final cost was more than reasonable. I will definitely be using them again if I have any further plumbing issues.

A few years ago I had King's Plumbing completely remove my copper pipes and replace with pex. They did a great job, so recently needing a new electric water heater they were the first call I made. From the selection of the appropriate water heater to the scheduling and install everything was great. Good to see their solid record of customer service continues.

The owner of this company boasts 25 years experience as a plumber but this doesn’t seem conducive to running a good business. There is no element of customer service or accountability and acknowledgment for mistakes. Payment is prompted before you have an opportunity to review the workmanship which can only be described as rushed and sloppy. It is clear there is a greater drive to be paid than to provide a quality service.- Shower trim rough in = crooked- messy work with no cleanup afterwards- sink install was destructive and was only informed after the fact that they do not install that type of sink? Inform the customer before you cut.- hot water tank install took multiple attempts still without resolve. I have gone multiple days without hot water on different occasions.- employee induced water damage on a new hot water heater (inadequate connections)- a certain employee came across as condescending towards my partner.If you decide to use this company, double check that they have thread tape before starting the job.. or you’ll have a similar experience as I have.I tried to choose a well reviewed company and pay more to get the job right and promptly. Lesson learned.

We are very pleased with the service we received recently when Kings Plumbing replaced a hot water boiler at our office. They were very prompt , knowledgable and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Keith King goes above and beyond, this time mobilizing a full crew of 8 skilled plumbers, himself included, starting with a sewer collapse and continuing on with the full retrofit of this older home. Special thanks to Tim too, for his pleasant personality, outstanding work ethic, creativity, mastery, and speed ... and to Garfield too... especially for their motivation to show up for a follow up so late on a Friday afternoon.
