This is a very nice and clean location tucked close to homes. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help. Highly recommended.

This place was the worst Walmart I've ever been to. The customer service was very bad they treated me very bad. The cashier at the customer service area called me rude and said I had to wait as long as she takes to help me out because it was my mistake getting the wrong item and not hers. She told me to shut up and wait. I asked her to get some help because she did not know what to do and she would not call anyone for help. I asked to speak to the manager and waited 17 min for her to call the manager but she would not call any managers so I could speak to them. The cashier told me that I have to pay for my items that I wanted to get first before she calls the manager and would just not call the manager and kept telling me to shut up. She called me rude and said my parents did not raise me well. This is not how you treat a customer. I will never go back to that Walmart again. This cashier charged me more items then I purchased. Lastly, when I asked her name she would not give me get name.

He said that Walmart took around $160 from his account for a few gift cards that costs $50 in total.There was one employee that said on the speakers CODE YELLOW and then I left.

This Walmart is beautiful! It is always clean and well organized. Staff are helpful and kind. The clothing section is very well stocked, better than many I’ve been to.

I ordered the Baby Trend Tour LTE 2 in 1 Stroller Wagon for pick up at 2 different Walmart locations today. My two orders were cancelled by Walmart due to product not in stock.I meet an employee on the pick up Walmart team (Box Grove Walmart). I advised him of the situation. Chris checked the stock and found the product I was looking for .He went above and beyond his role by holding the product till I reach the store. Chris waited till I arrived to hand over the product even though his shift had finished. Great customer service by Chris

This Walmart is terrible with returns even when you have the receipt they are so rude for no reason?The UPS guy in this Walmart is very nice though! I give him 5 stars and the Walmart itself 0 stars!

I have never felt so humiliated. The brown, middle aged to old lady at self check out was being very rude to me and my family. She hadn't directly said it, but it was implied that I tried to steal when that wasn't the case. She was very cold to me. We had a lot of items and was not finished scanning everything when we asked her to remove one item for we had scanned it one too many times. She ended up looking at everything we had scanned and looking back at our cart to check our purchase and asked very cold why we did not scan many items, that was because we were not done. She was acting suspicious of us and ended up redoing it all over which caused a scene because of her accusations. She tried to make me look like the bad guy and took too much of my time. She re did the whole purchase and kept making sure on what we did or tried to do, but again I DID NOT STEAL. This is why we should go back to all purchase because now we don't even have express and we have rude workers who don't even wish to be there working and not giving the customer service we deserve.

Worst experience! I brought my kids to this Walmart get some snack and toys. This white lady Crystal asked one staff came in at the very beginning to “verify” did we scanned every item correctly, which we only scan 2 Layz chips and 2 cheetos she came in checked and still deleted everything and had us redo it, which I was okay. After the first staff left, we continued scanning the rest, when we were about to check out, another lady came in and said some one suspected something wrong and need to have a look. I asked her what is wrong? Who suspected something wrong? The second lady said it’s will be quick it won’t take too much of her time. I stood there said it’s wasting my time. I tried get a look of their names on the employee card. These three ladies somehow all turned around walked away. But I got took a picture of the two ladies. Worst experience! I felt humiliated in front of my kids. I tried very hard to keep it cool. There were some white people self scanning everything as well, non of them were getting such a special treatment as us. Not sure if we are colour race. But I definitely feel this way. I was very happy if one of the staff can come in and scan everything for us which it’s their job to do. I will definitely forward this poor customer service to the management. I bet the manager can pulled the video to see the whole story.

Be careful, this store sometimes has a misleading price which is very low but in their system actually is very expensive, when you tell them, they do not care at all, VERY bad attitude and I even think they perhaps intended do this. Very BAD shopping experience. Walmart is getting worse and worse, they hired very bad people, very rude, very bad attitude.

Don’t use online photo print services again. I ordered 2-3 business day printing but after a week, it told me delayed. I phoned in to customer service. They said they required 48-72 hrs to handle it and email me. The CS guy, Sahil told me unable to cancel even I print those photos again for next day printing. It may not be refunded. Oh, I need those 8R x 86 photos for my exhibition project this weekend but now is hanging around. How can I trust Walmart Printing Service now as a long-term customer. I recommend others do not go for 2-3 days printing. They are all cheating to clients, so bad!!!!!
