Best bike shop in Revelstoke hands down. Fast quality service. Fair pricing and cool staff who ride and care about riders.

Booked my bike in for a new bottom bracket. They also spotted my rear brake discs were worn and oiled my chain for me. Staff were pleasant to deal with.

Outstanding service! Andres helped me with the repairs on my bike while taking his time to explain how to make some adjustments! He was really kind, friendly and welcoming! Thank you so much Andres

I really like this shop. These guys did incredible work on my bike, making it feel brand new again. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but I left with nary a scathe. They do incredible work for a great price, they have pit vipers and Deutschland Dan is one of the nicest men I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you TANTRUM!

Mostly really good, not the first bike shop I would go too in town but everyone has there own preferences. They've got a good selection of stock and I find the mechanics are really helpful, only thing is I don't find it a welcoming atmosphere the other shops in town and there is sometimes a grumpy vibe like they don't want to be there? Maybe that's just me. Overall good though!

Only just recently started coming in more frequently but I'm loving the customer service, remembering my name when I come in, have a quick chat and they have the part the I'm looking for most of the time! Service work is also rapid. Great work Tantrum

Called the day before to rent a bike. Staff said they would give me a call back and see if they had anything available. Got a call back saying they had a bike for me and I could pick it up in the morning so I referred two of my other friends to call and reserve bikes. Both were told they had bikes to rent and to pick them up in the morning. When we arrived we were told there were no bikes available and that the bikes we had reserved were still being rented. The guy we dealt with was very short and and seemed to not really care. I haven’t rode a bike in a long time and was prepared to by all the necessary gear but did not want to give this shop a cent. I’m all about supporting small business but would highly recommend just renting a bike from the mountain. This shop was less than helpful.

Staff is friendly. I would recommend this shop for new gear.I rented a bike and was disappointed. The dropper post only went down very slowly with extreme force. This resulted in me riding with my seat down on a lot of uphills because I was worried it wouldn't go down in time for the descent. The lever for the dropper post was also problematic and not ergonomic ( after market replacement?). The shocks were also advertised as good to go" but were very firm and I didn't use more than half my travel despite doing some challenging terrain ( I am a light rider and asked about this ). The rear shock was a spring and could not be adjusted. Bottom line
