James was our home inspector for first time home inspection and he provided great advice and service. He is respectable, responsive, professional, on-time, polite and most importantly, knows what he is talking about! Even after the home inspection was done, James showed great care and assisted us with questions. As new home owners, we really appreciate the extra lengths James went through for us. We purchased a home and used James for the home inspection. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond to ensure he found all defects. He was very helpful in answering all questions and concerns we had and also educated us on a lot of home maintenance items. He did a great job and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

James was an amazing inspector. He took me through all of his findings and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also gave me a lot of information and tips for becoming a new homeowner. The report was very detailed, had photos, links, and was easy to read and understand.
