I’ve been a patient here since I was a child I’m now 25, this office changes their rules of calling and hours of operation to whatever works for them, they left me without renewing vital medication after faxes from pharmacy, emails and calls from myself that have gone unanswered. Not to mention the lady at the front desk is completely rude and judgmental. If your looking to be neglected and ignored as a patient, this is the office for you.

Never again. I would sooner die trying to travel somewhere else than ever come here again. I came in because my adult son was very very ill. I had a Dr. here once so they should have been familiar. They wouldn't let me see him despite my knowing his illness and him wanting me to join him. He is high a functioning autist and mom is a comfort. I moved a chair to watch the door and they accused me of throwing" chairs around. Yadda yadda you don't need the entire story but here's the kicker.... they didn't recognise that maybe

Dr. Williams is incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. As someone with medical anxiety I can get worked up about appointments or scared I won't be taken seriously. Dr. Williams has never made me feel that my needs are unreasonable and always provides helpful suggestions on how to address them. He is a fantastic practitioner and I am grateful to have him as my primary care doctor.

Horrible health team!! Takes a month and a half to get an appointment, and staff are beyond ignorant and should find a job where they don't deal with people. Will never step.foot in this office again
