Mixed feelings about this place. I love Joanna(such a great waxer!), but i find the pricing a bit over the top. Yes they do use a good product, but for repeat customers who wax often, i believe they should lower the price(Brazilians)

I've been getting my hair cut by Kayla for many years, she's always been so reliable and an utter joy to be around. Never had problem! She's creative and amazing at what she does!

Kayla has been my hair stylist for appr 8yrs. I have followed her everywhere. I am 100% happy with every colour, cut, and style she has provided me. We have tried many different hair ideas over the years; and she is excited for every hair journey. Kayla has beautiful vibes; it is easy to see her passion for hair. She listens to my ideas and offers suggestions. After visiting Kayla it feels like I have just gone to therapy. Kayla is a hair guru. I have sat in many different chairs with Kayla. Genesis Salon is definitely a favourite of mine. Cool vibes the minute you walk in. The retail is beautiful and interesting to shop. The details in the salon are trendy, warm and, inviting. The owner continues to add improvements to the salon, adding details to enhance the decor. All the staff are helpful, kind, and friendly. Atmosphere is fun and comfortable making for a relaxing but exciting hair/therapy day. I highly recommend booking an appointment at Genesis.

I followed my stylist from her last salon to this one and I love it here. The salon manages an open concept where you still feel privacy for your appointment. Such a wonderful design. Everyone seems happy to be at work and together which is wonderful to walk into. I don’t always love salon vibes, but at Genesis I feel I can relax and chat with my stylist about what I need from my visit. She’s always amazing and blows me away with her talent and services. Every time I walk away feeling beautiful inside and out.

Genesis Salon in Kamloops, BC is a great salon. It’s clean, has a friendly and positive atmosphere, and has a great vibe. The staff are friendly and very professional. Always very impressed by the service I receive when I go there. I get my hair done at the salon and am always treated with the finest quality service. Thank you Genesis Salon and staff.

Best place in Kamloops!! I've been going here for over 17yrs, Kelly is the BEST hairdresser ❤ they have such beautiful ladies clothes, you will not find the same anywhere in Kamloops. You will not be disappointed, guaranteed:)

Never been there as I don't salon. This 5 stars is for the plywood sign in your window after it was smashed. Don't let bylaw remove it. It is the complacency of bylaw and RCMP that allows acts of vandalism like this. Blundell and the rest of council are a joke. And it's not a sign in the first place, it's a temporary window covering

I love this place ! Kayla is an outstanding hair stylist ! She has years of experience and goes above and beyond for her clients. Joanna is also amazing at her Brazilians! I cant say enough good things about Genesis!
