Domino's Pizza

My husband and I ordered our favourite pizza’s from this location and both the pizza’s and the customer service were terrible. We have ordered identical pizza’s from many other locations and they are always good. We called to complain about the quality and received a very rude and dismissive response from the worker. We ordered extra cheese and ranch - you’ll notice in the picture attached there is barely any cheese or ranch; you can see the dough. Very disappointing. Would never order from this location again and suggest others choose a different place to get their pizza.

They had a promotion going on $4.99 for a pepperoni or cheese pizza I got 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and they were rubbish. The pizzas were so dry and thin it’s like they cheaped out on everything. The pizzas were already made n kept and they were so cold . I wasn’t able to stomach them. If you want customers you should atleast sell a decent pizza not a sad one. I will definitely not go back. Such a disappointment. Costco pizzas are way better.

Ali was very kind to me and my daughter. He was very approachable and had a great smile! Thank you to the lady who was at the cash and making pizzas. She was also very kind ( I wish I knew her name).Thank you once again.

Was really good and arrived within a great time frame

I was there yesterday to pick up 2 large pizzas., which I ordered over the phone. Part of my order wasn't exactly as I ordered. When I expressed my concerns one of the employee (VIJAY)stepped in and within a few minutes everything was good. He is very pleasant and polite young man. Thank you Vijay for your help and your smiling personality. Congratulations Domino's Pizza for having such a wonderful employee!

Wow! What a disappointment. First of all, the manager was the one taking the orders at the front. And you would think that she knew how to speak slowly in her very strong West Indian(?) accent; we had to ask her to repeat it at least two or three times before we understood. Secondly, she was very rude, curt, and absolutely nothing that we wanted was available. We looked on the Domino's Canada website in order to choose what we wanted to order and 9 out of 10 things were not available for example the flatbread pizza, boneless chicken pieces. I asked the driver who the manager was and he directed me to ask the woman who took our and out right refused to give us her name!!! oh, so the drivers were unprofessional as well. And when all was said and done she forgot our drinks!!! The manager didn't speak any English, wait she did but her accent was so strong and spoke so fast.I'm one of the most understandable people and always like to give people a chance and the benefit of the doubt. In this case, unfortunately, it its not warranted.I was already reluctant on going to Domino's but THIS WAS THE LAST! Look at those wings! What is that sauce at the bottom? It looks like water down honey garlic sauce. DisgustingAnd if you notice, every other review is passive aggressive; saying something good but at the very same time says something negative. That speaks volumes!

I had a great experience. I am financially low on funds and the appreciation day was fantastic, the price was right, service was fantastic and the pizza was awesome!!! I'd love to win as it would help me out so much with my lunches and snacks for work and coworkers!! Thank you again!!!
