Appointment at 540, showed up at 525 and no one was there, hours of operation clearly show that they are open till 6.

Provax Travel & Immunization Clinic
This place is closed now. I don’t know why this is still up. If you go to the Oshawa location, you will see that they have a sign saying that the Ajax location is open Wednesdays. The assistant at the desk said they no longer operate in Ajax.
