Trades Labour Corporation (TLC) Victoria

I have been working with TLC for a year now & am very sad to leave, they're really good at making sure you are comfortable at a site & they sent me to places with great people who helped me learn about construction. Everyone behind the desk is understanding, respectful and great at communication . They make sure you get to your site on time & also help you explore new feilds. They were able to get me work everyday & I managed to get some amazing references. I have a job doing what I love now & I'm happy that I found a site with people that I enjoy working with & that will understand if I need time to take care of my daughter.It's definitely a place I recommend to anyone who wants to work !

I am very new to the experience of temp labour and the trades and I have to say that on my first attempt I seem to have found the godsend of Temp agencies in TLC!!Sukh and Jack and all the gang, (literally if I could name everyone there I would) have made me feel seen and appreciated and have honestly been the friendliest of faces in an otherwise very scary time for me.Seeing the rapport that all of the workers have with the staff at TLC tells me that I am not an exception to the rule. The interactions across the board are so warm and friendly it really makes me feel proud to be associated with them!I have heard through the grapevine that they're the highest paying temp agency around as well and that is always a good thing!!Thank you TLC for making this experience the best it could possibly be!!

Working at TLC was a great experience! I worked both as an office employee and out on construction sites. I was treated very well- like family, which is rare to find these days working at a company. Barclay is very approachable, knowledgeable and always friendly. Whether you are looking for short term work or a long term career, TLC can help you get there. Highly recommended.

awesome place. always had work for me. recommend to anyone looking to get into construction.they can lend you equipment and they make sure you can get to and from a site by vehicle or giving you bus fare.dont hesitate to give TLC a chance...

When I was in a rough spot, and I needed to get work, and get paid right away, TLC was there. The staff are all extremely helpful and they're always there for you when you need them. They reach out to you and check If you want to work and they work hard to get everyone work. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for some work or just work experience. Thank you guys, and girls.

good place for those looking to gain work experience or looking for something to do and get some extra coin. There are Some good job sites you learn about carpentry or scaffolding and are nice places to work but there are some job sites that treat you like trash or expect a lot for someone working under 20$ a hour. Defiantly a good place if your looking for part time work or something to do. recommend more for fresh out of high school kids looking to gain work experience and obtain a apprenticeship down the road for a construction trades.
