This studio, the instructors and the owner are professional, know their stuff and tailor classes to their students. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I began my Pilates practice at this studio in January this year. I have past injuries and pain and was recommended to try this studio by my physiotherapist. Best suggestion ever! Veronica and Ryan have really helped me to practice in a way that strengthens my body without aggravating injuries. I feel a lot stronger already and am looking forward to seeing what the results will be like in the long term!!!

Attending Surrey Pilates Studio has helped me to strengthen my body and mind. Through Veronica’s and Ryan’s knowledge, expertise & guidance, each of us are encouraged & supported to reach our own individual potential. By knowing my capabilities, I was able to fully recover from a broken wrist (within 3 1/2 months) and feel much more confident in dealing with my diagnosis of full onset osteoporosis.
