I am using Queens Property Services for the last many years. Outstanding service. Joe is very responsive to my needs and his snow removal service is very prompt and efficient. Thank you for the amazing service during this week's snowstorm.

They don't come when needed as long as you are in a contract with them. I have snow more than 15 cms and I cleaned it my self. I made a path for the car to not get stuck.You didn't come to take the 2nd payment. And I offered to pay it this evening. But it seems that you don't have time.You got 50% of the contract in advance for cleaning the driveway one time since the beginning of the winter.

Thank you for being the only company of many I called who would do a one-time snow/ice removal for me!There was a freezing rain storm followed by snow then rain then flash freeze. I was out of town so couldn’t shovel before the pile of snow/slush that the street and sidewalk plows left turned into a massive block of ice. There was no way for me to clear it on my own without heavy duty equipment. I called many snow removal companies but Queen’s was the only one willing and able to tackle my ice-wall. I’m so grateful.

Queens Property Service does great snow removal. I've never had an issue with snow being removed in a timely matter or with snow left on the road as I saw in some of the other reviews. Prices are fair, the employees are great and the jobs are well done!

This was my first year experience with QPS (double driveway and walk way snow removal), and I was completely satisfied with services provided: the job was well done, was done on time, and I was greeted with friendly wave by the crew).However, I just sold the house (sooner than expected), so I wanted to cancel the agreement. I called the office, and to my surprise, I was met with understanding and polite and easy conversation: cancellation charges were dropped, I was promised the second payment wouldn’t be deposited, and with warm wishes for coming holidays, I was congratulated on the sale of my house. Thank you Joe!Although I am moving into the apartment, I would, and I will recommend you to my friends, and to anybody who needs your services!

Queens Property Services has been clearing the snow at 1240 Kilborn Place (adult community consisting of 23 units) for the past 6 years. The work consists of clearing the street, driveways and porches and steps of each unit. Very good to excellent service and on time. Recently completed some interlock work with Queens Property Service. My coworker recommended I consider them, and during the job I found out he does snow removal as well. He was kind enough to offer me a great rate for this upcoming winter season. I could only imagine the work will be just as great.

Used them for half a season and then we had an extensive snowfall. They did not come until late in the eveneing way after all of my neighbours lanes had been plowed. I canceled the contract and was told no refund. I said fine and instucted them to no longer come to my property. I would like to thank them for this as I found a new service provider that most of my neiighbours use and I couldn't be more pleased.

I would like to thank Joe and his crew for the EXCELLENT job he has done so far this winter I work in a large Hotel in Ottawa and the parking lot is cleaned down to the Asphalt. This is the second year I contracted Queens and by far the best I've seen here in the last 8 years.
