Our company was in need of a forklift and needed it very quickly as we had recently moved to a new location. I reached out to Romeo and Leavitt and let him know what we do and he had a very detailed email back to me with pictures and pricing in under a hour. I was surprised how fast he was. I ordered a brand new Hyundai off of him and it was here within days from Vancouver. Once it arrived Romeo personally came to our shop to walk us through how everything works and made sure we were familiar before he left. It was one of the easiest and stress free experiences I’ve had buying equipment. The finance department was also very quick and it was a super easy form to fill out for almost instant approval. I’d highly recommend dealing with Romeo if you are in need of a forklift or any other equipment they offer. He’s a very nice and easy going friendly person and made the experience very easy.

At the beginning of the construction project, Romeo Gerhardt came by introduced himself and let us know all about their products and services. Leavitt is no stranger to the construction industry, as I know first hand and have taken almost all of their machinery operating training courses in the past two years. Romeo and the staff provided excellent service and delivery on all of the rentals. Romeo also sourced a telehandler for our project which we purchased from Leavitt. We had a tight building site and he always found the appropriate man lifts we needed. I have been an electrical contractor and general contractor for 21years and hands down they are the best in industry. Definitely a knowledgeable stand up crew onsite and in the office. We were looking to rent a man lift and contacted Leavitt Machinery as we have dealt with them in the past. Romeo Gerhardt and his service team were great to work with. From the point where we gave them the P.O. to the day the delivery was made, all the correspondence and returned phone calls in between, their customer service was spot on. The equipment arrived on time, in good operating condition and clean! Romeo was in our neighborhood one day prior to delivery and made a point of coming to our facility so we could meet in person.

Romeo Gerhardt and his service team have been very helpful. With both repairing or replacing there machine as needed. Also working on our own machines keeping them in good working order. We also just purchased a new electric pallet jack from them which we are very happy with.
