NAIL MATRIX

My experiences at Nail Matrix have always been very positive. Tina is so friendly and the shop is well maintained. My daughter and I both had manicures and pedicures and she had her eyebrows waxed. Beautifully done, no waiting. My husband also went yesterday and she did a great job with him as well. This is a great local business.

I had a pedicure earlier this week and will never go back. To start off they sad 20 minutes and it was more like 40. It was in the 80’s outside and it was so hot in the salon either they don’t have ac or they didn’t have it on, very uncomfortable. The patron next to me complained several times I don’t think the worker understood English because she didn’t say anything. When Tina asked me to put my feet in the basin she didn’t test the water and it was so hot I had to ask 3 times to add cold water. The whole pedicure lasted 15 minutes. My feet were not dirty but when I looked in the basin it was filthy. The whole salon was not well kept as well in fact I felt it was dirty. I left with oil dripping from toes she didn’t even wipe it off more worried about getting my feet in my sanders I would suggest not going for a thing there. They are more about getting people in then quality

the one star is for how politely i was treated. the service here however was the worst i’ve received at any salon. I don’t do reviews but my experience here was so bad. my sister and i had made an appointment about a week prior to go out and get nails for my birthday. they knew two of us would be coming but we we’re still left sitting for 30/40 minutes in between EACH step of the manicure. i felt very rushed and they were very rough. i have several cuts and my nails are in pain. i ended up hating my rushed mani and proceeded to go somewhere else to get it “fixed”. it was also very overpriced for the length and quality of my nails… very upset. very disappointed:(

I had pedicure done at this place today and it was very unpleasant experience. Tina the owner was very quick, hyper and done with the whole procedure in 15 minutes. I never had pedicure so rushed in my life.I will never come back to this place again!!So it was very expensive pedicure...15 minutes for $40!!! ???

my experience at this place wasn't the best because of how rough she was on my nails like I went home and there was two blood spots and my pinky finger I couldn't move cuz it hurts so much. even though I especially asked her to go gentle because my nails are sensitive. and the other thing is my middle finger is crooked. but overall my nails look amazing and I do think they did a pretty good job they just need to go a bit not so harsh.

Excellent job! Waxing and pedi/mani very good! Tina and staff are very nice. Shop is clean and quiet. Which is nice ! 5 stars definitely!

I have used this place 4 times, each time thinking that the next time might be better! No!!! Never again.Each time I go she cuts almost every single finger, Friday she took a chunk out of my finger and blood was everywhere. I told her to get rid of the tool with blood and all she did was wipe it off. To use on the next person.Getting my toe nails done is a balancing act, with her under the table and my foot on a small trash can.She uses the same brush to brush my hands off as she does to brush the floor..The place is disgusting and she only takes cash and still charges tax.She should be closed down!!!

Nail Matrix is amazing. I see Tina to have my lashes, brows and nails done regularly and I get a pedicure supreme every 3 weeks. Tina is the best for lash extensions and nails that I have been to and I have been to a few. Before I found Tina I went through 3 lash extension salons in 9 months. Her prices are amazing and her attention to detail and the way you, each specific customer, likes things done are unbeatable. I highly recommend nail matrix and Tina, if I could give 7 stars I would!!!!

Husband and I went yesterday.. I had Dee.. she was absolutely the best ever.. I'll be back and never go anywhere else from now on...

We were visiting the area from out of town and wanted to get a pedicure. I honestly have zero positive things to say about our experience.All 3 of us had tingly legs/feet from the foot bath (that had no liner for sanitation,) so no idea what that was about. One person seemed to be the owner and was quicker than the other. The second genuinely seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. When using a file on my toe nails they actually filed so hard I had a full cut in my toe nail. I had to pull away and tell them to stop. All of our toe nails were so deeply rounded when they should should straight cut, we are all going to have unpleasant ingrowns for sure. I don't want anyone else to make our mistake. They are not worth your money and nail health.
