sends the wrong item and refuses to clean up after himself and the customer has to pay return shipping and refuses to send the money back, do not recommend anyone to do business with this scammer

Glitch in the online ordering resulted in no payment. Waited 3 days and called them. Reception was courteous and collected my information to locate the order (which was in their system). She transferred me to the online order representative, Shawn.Shawn had the order pulled up and explained the online error processing payment. He apologized that he hadn't reached out yet. He quickly located the physical part, confirmed the physical description, processed payment, and got the part in the mail. This all occurred today so I have not received the part yet but will update my review if there are any concerns with shipping or the part itself.The part is an extremely hard to find muffler assembly for a 1974 Arctic Cat. Al's was the only place on the internet to have one in stock (just one). To say I'm impressed with their inventory is an understatement.Even considering the online payment glitch and delay, I maintain a 5 star review. Good people, good service, and good prices. Will shop here again if my vintage sled needs more parts.

They have always seemwd to have what i needed in stock or were able to order it in in a few days. Lits of accessories and clothing instock at all times uswd parts new parts almost new amd used snow machines atvs and s x s utvs etc. They also do motorcycle inspections i do believe!

Family run operation, very knowledgeable, WAREHOUSES full of parts. So lucky to be in driving distance but they do ship!

Horrible customer service. Ordered a used part off ebay. A couple hours later I discovered I didn't need the part. I immediately emailed them saying I didn't need the part. I got no response until they already shipped the part the next afternoon. I stated I would get in touch with PayPal to either dispute charge or have them step in and the response I got was if your cancelling payment I'll get part back from post office." Just horrible service. I guess there wellbeing is decided on a 50$ used part."

Awesome customer service. Ordered flywheel and stator. Both at reasonable prices and delivered in a day. Parts worked great.Thanks Al's snowmobile for coming to my rescue.

Very disappointed in them needed a master cylinder they said they had one ask them to bench check it but they didn't so had to order a new one they still sent the wrong part

Sold me a jack shaft with a broken speedo key in it.They took a return with 20 percent restocking fee and only store credit. Pretty much robbery. Couldn't use a broken part but they kept my money.

I've been dealing with als for over 25 years. Scott always has great deals on clothing, helmets,gloves etc. I've bought 6 used sleds off him over the years. He has always been courteous and and the shipping is quick. I get my parts in Maine usually in 2 days. Great business and great employees!
