I would not recommend this place at all. Bad customer service. Owner of this shop was so rude with us. Not going back there at all.

Can’t recommend this place. Did photos for PR card. Received a reply from IRCC that submitted photos do not meet the required specifications. Now I have to redo the photos at other place and pay Canada post again for shipping!

Adil was extremely kind and personable. It was fairly busy when we went in to get 3 passport photos taken. A bit of a lineup behind us, and the phone was ringing. He calmly dealt with everyone AND the phone all at the same time! He recognized each person there, and made everyone feel like they weren't left behind.Very efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend!

Misguided me, they have combo includes hard copy and soft copy for $30 but they charged me separately $40 for hard copy and soft copy separately in last.

They did a great job taking passport photos of us and our infant last week. I'd definitely recommend coming here for passport photos including for infant if anyone needs one.

My sister and I went to take our sons’ passport photos. After taking the pictures, we asked if they could email us a copy as well. They didn’t inform us that pricing was separate for digital copies, and they didn’t have their prices displayed either. Since we were shocked at our total upon checkout, we mentioned they should have at least informed us about their pricing. The worker immediately got angry and said if we don’t want to pay we can take our business elsewhere. We never refused paying, just asked them to clarify but the worker basically kicked us out of his store. Extremely unprofessional. I indeed will be taking my business elsewhere.
